Our process de jour is to upload the transcript to our YouTube channel where it is synched with the video that has already been published. (Typically staff at our Disabled Students Program does takes care of this.) Once we start providing the Engage player to our students, we'll need to ensure that any captions also get to Engage (presumably after initial distribution since the goal is to get the media out as fast as possible.
