So realistically, making significant changes to the state polling isn't much of
an option. Although I could change it from every 10 seconds to every 30 or 60
maybe, although even this will likely prove a bit confusing to people
monitoring the recordings in the admin app.
The capabilities polling isn't really a big deal compared to the state polling,
however I'll probably alter it once an hour or something.
Out of curiosity how does the server know if an agent is idle, online, offline
etc? Is it the state polling or some other mechanism?
