Hi Ripin,

there is no check by our software before allocatings disk space
if the disk space is available. Adding/Creating a volume with a 
size more than available will run in an error and the volume 
will not be added.

The Autoextender tries to add a volume with the same size like 
the currently last volume. If this space is not available no 
new volume will be added. If the Autoextender fails there is
no direct feedback to a user.

Errors during a db_addvolume will be reported in the files 
knldiag, knldiag.err, dbm.utl and dbm.prt.
