Thank you (and to the other that replied to my original
message)!

Item 'a' below makes quite a bit of sense so I will set myself
a reminder to stop the system during the DST switches.

Item 'b' is also very helpful. Currently our config is setup
for just one local time source so I will add a few external
ones as a backup.
