Translation management is done using Transifex, just create an account and 
go to https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/mayan-edms/  to start 
translating strings, the Italian translation is at %90 so there is some 
work to be done, more so when I upload the new messages from the new email 
and workflow apps.  For the issue tracker use the: 
https://github.com/rosarior/mayan/issues
