Update: ImageMagick works but I can't get high quality images from it. I
tried to use the ImageMagick quality and density arguments to improve the
quality, but couldn't improve it. Because OCR seems to use the image
generated from the CONVERTER_GRAPHICS_BACKEND, the OCR was unusable. The
ghostscript converter had great quality, but crashed if it had to do
multiple conversions. I found that if I uploaded images one at a time with
the ghostscript converter, it wouldn't crash. We're usually doing 10+ files
at once, so that 1 by 1 isn't an option. I tried ghostscript 9.10, 9.09,
and 9.15 with the same results. I'm not sure now if it's ghostscript or
something else conflicting. Long story short, ghostscript does a better job
than ImageMagick, so it would be nice to get ghostscript functional again.
