Hi there, I love flickr! Many nonprofits are using it to share photos internally as well as externally for promotion, outreach, and marketing, parpticularly user-generated content contests.
I'm the moderator of an NTEN affinity group on nonprofits and flickr - it's a listserv if you'd like join.
