We used Monaco Film Labs ( 234 Ninth St. San Francisco, CA 94103 Phone: 415/864-5350) for 22 16mm (10 min. reels with a BUNCH of splices) 2 years ago and have just sent them 20 more reels this past month. I have no idea what the cost comparasion would be, but we have been very happy with their service. ASK FOR: Scott Smerdon. He was wonderful to work with! Marge Kos. County IN Hist.
