Hi, My staff and I have been asked to investigate the possibility of adding an image annotation feature to the University of Chicago Library's online "Speculum Romanae Magnificentiae" exhibit - http://speculum.lib.uchicago.edu/
I know from my initial research that there are several tools for image annotation out there (e.g. Pliny). I'm particularly interested in web- based, open-source tools that could be integrated into an existing website. Does anyone on the list know of such tools or have any experience in this area?
