Well basically what I want is a killfile :) Does MD-2 offer the concept of
a killfile? I figured filters was the way to achieve it.

It sure would be VERY welcome here. I don't know how hard it would be to
implement, but MD-2 knows that a message is already downloaded if it is in
another newgroup so it doesn't appear like it would be to hard to do. Of
course appearances can be deceiving.
