This is mine:
DEVICE=C:\PROGRA~1\NET200~1\N2000.SYS 1950
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\SETVER.EXE
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE
DOS=HIGH
DEVICE=C:\ATACR\CR_ATAPI.SYS /D:MSCD000 /Q
DEVICEHIGH=C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\DRVSPACE.SYS /MOVE
Pretty simple I guess.

But what was causing the fatal lock ups? IF you don't figure it out,
you are likely to have the same ones from conflicts as you rebuild the
system and load drivers and devices.
BTW, we are starting to get OT.
