I'm not sure what your intent was around Note 2, but just to be clear:
saving as MediaWiki is of some use but does not address the fundamental
set of requirements I described earlier in this mail trail.  We need
to be empowering the community to create content -- i.e. we need to
make the golden source of the content be in a wiki form, not using
wikis as a read-only output format.
