I think I have a script to resolve that very same issue. It is called "A
dirty migration" and leaves behind the GUIDS from the old domain. You have
to get the prefix of the old domains and then loop through the registry and
remove all the bad ones and all of the ones where 2 reg keys point to the
same folder.
