We have been participating with Press-Ganey since last
June. When you say "new" process, what are referring to? We will be
modifying our format this month to add some fields for HCAHPS submission, other
than that, I don't know of any new format. If you would like a copy of our
current format, let me know, I will be happy to share.

Newly developed Press Ganey Survey process. Along with this new process is
a new electronic file submission that the IT staff needs to create. Press
Ganey has given us the specs. Are there any other hospitals out
there that have created this “New” press Ganey file format that will be
