Karen... We are well aware of this problem. We had Meditech put in custom in which you would get a pop-up in which you would be able to edit the route of administration. It came at a cost of course. In the interim what we did was script in a generic route of "IJ" into all formulary entries that had multiple routes of IM,IV,SC etc. Since IJ is the 1st alphabetically it would default in when a .STK-MED is pulled.
