Hi, Beth, We've had auto close set up for two+ years. Our main problem is when a cashier doesn't close a drawer; the first day, auto close copies the batch, but if it's left open for a second day, auto close halts until the batch is posted. Other than that, which is procedural, we have no problems with it.
