We have also used Meditech's auto close for several years with great success.  
But like Julia mentioned in a prior response, we do have problems when a 
Cashier's drawer is left open.  Other than that, the process is really smooth.  
The day is already closed, claims and statements are ready for processing 
whenever our staff arrives around 7:00 am each day.  Our IS Operators and 
Billing Staff LOVE that....

We're interested in hearing from MAGIC hospitals that use the B/AR
Auto-Close functionality.  We currently use a scripting solution for our
day close, along with a number of other functions, and we're considering
going to the Auto-Close instead.
