We have also used Meditech's auto close for several years with great success. But like Julia mentioned in a prior response, we do have problems when a Cashier's drawer is left open. Other than that, the process is really smooth. The day is already closed, claims and statements are ready for processing whenever our staff arrives around 7:00 am each day.
