I've been struggling with an ADM report and it's beyond me. I've experimented with reports that others have shared but I can't seem to pull in the user who edited a registration. Can anybody point me in the right way or share something?
In ED, the triage nurse short-forms the patient and the Access clerk edits the registration to complete it. All the "admit clerk" reports pull only the triage nurse because he/she was the first registrar. While that information is fine, from the Access point of view, the Access registrar is the important name. Being able to pull in this information would help me with several Access reports, especially if I could get the activity as well as the user. Anything will be greatly appreciated! Julia Julia F.
