Are you Magic or CS?
1) In Magic, you can set up an OA message for the undo event. Then in
MIS, define the message text and who should get it.
2) Alternatively, you could write a report of orders discontinued by
"UNDO" that's the user in PHA that the event is attributed to. We did
this and scheduled the report to print each day before the refill list
runs.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] ADM Pre Reg status change DC Pharmacy Orders.

When we have patient at a status of PRE-IN and the Dr. has gone in and
put his orders on for that patient. Then it is discovered that this is
actually supposed to be an SDC patient. Admissions goes into the system
and doe an Edit PRE/SCH Status to change the patient from Pre-In to
Pre-SDC. This action then DC's all the drug orders that the Dr had put
in. Has anyone else been able to get this to stop. We need to find a
way to stop this from happening or at least a way for a notification to
go to the Pharmacy department every time this event happens.

Thanks in advance for any help,
