There are two main vendors in this space and they are both supported by Meditech. Interbitdata and Forward Advantage. I think you'll find that most organizations are happy with each. If you are looking for a basic faxbox replacement, they are both equal. However, if you require something additional, there are functionality and cost differences. I'd recommend learning more about their offerings and making the decision based upon the current/future needs of your organization. After a thorough RFP process, we selected Interbit Data and are quite happy with the products and the company.
