A few years back our FaxBox died a very ugly and sudden death. We needed something fast. InterBit had us up and running with their Netfax product on one of our spare XP PCs that day! They knew we were in a jam so we faxed them a PO and they let us download the software via FTP. They walked me through the installation (which was straight forward) and we haven't had a problem out of it. It's one of the best (and quickest) investments we've ever made in a system. It's relatively inexpensive and it works.
