Doug, that's good info. With Interbitdata, routes are free, and I can set them up in 3 minutes or less on my server, and talk a non-technical person through the setup at the clinic end over the phone after e-mailing them the client. (if we are talking about the same process)..

Both are good products. We are transitioning to Interbit because we have more control over the end product than we did with Forward Advantage. Stated another way Forward Advantage does more of the housekeeping (setting up report routes etc.) for us but charges for their services. As our report distribution needs have become more and more complex, we have opted to handle this ourselves. We have found Interbit to be receptive to our product improvement suggestions and have quickly received a number of product enhancements.
