Hello everyone, We are a 5.6 MAGIC site going live with eMAR and having trouble incorporating some functions into the eMAR. 1. How are you managing documentation of pain assessment / reassessment requirements in eMAR ? We would like all of our assessments and reassments to display associated to a specific medication administration in a logical manner when viewing in PCI . 2. Cosignatures of narcotic rate changes (on PCA paper flowsheets currently) 3. Co signatures of waste of PCA, Epidural, Fentanyl patch removal. ( On PCA paper flowsheets currently)We do not document waste at the Pyxis routinely 4. Display on eMAR " Patient must have all meds crushed" Currently the only way to display on front of eMAR without clicking on "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS " is to have PHA enter in Label comments which is NOT a solution.
