Perfect, I've added the following clarification:
"Packagers/authors/maintainers" is a term which refers to the
"maintainers" of the package within OBS and apps.meego.com. It does
not encompass all contributors to the project.

Agreed. This is good, as it'll allow teams of people to manage the
promotion/demotion of their apps.
