Sorry for accidentally sending the previous emails and for being slow to respond-- but what Andrew suggests makes perfect sense. I'm not so much worried about deliberate fraud, either, but if we can easily prevent owners from voting up their own package then we should do that if for no other reason than to prevent accidents and make the process as clean as we reasonably can.
