Actually I have more failure experience to burn OS image to usb disk under Windows:) Probably auto-mount is one root cause of it. And sometime, you may need to format your usb disk firstly to ensure the image is bootable, not sure why.

It complained that there is no bootable image found. I also built a CD image with the same package configuration and that booted fine on the same netbook. So, I am guessing it may be a USB image creation issue rather than a processor specific one. I think I mentioned that I am using Ubuntu 10.04 i386 to create the images.
