Thanks for the pointer. I tried searching online but could not find the 0.18 version. Maybe it is for internal use only. It would be nice if the updated version can be shared. I also tried looking into the various mic-image-creator options and could not find anything that helps in overlooking missing package errors (should it really do so? Wouldn't it affect the correct working of your OS?).

I don't know where they get the v0.18 version. Maybe there is a flag to v0.17 to let you ignore missing packages. regards Joel -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, May 17, 2010 8:29 PM To: Clark, Joel; [email protected]; [email protected] Subject: RE: [MeeGo-dev] How to see graphics for Meego in a VM This is what yum install mic2 has to say: Package mic2-0.17-35.1.i686 already installed and latest version Maybe I should compile it manually to get the latest version (if you still think this is not the latest version)? http://repo.meego.com/tools/sources/ also mentions the same mic version number Thanks, Adhyas -----Original Message----- You need to update your MIC2 tool. regards Joel _______________________________________________ MeeGo-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.meego.com/listinfo/meego-dev
