Overall, your image is good. I tried to install using that CD and that worked
fine as well.
But there are still some issues.

I tried building my own image with the .ks file you have provided but
mic-image-creator threw an error:

I am referring to the first error (already filed a bug for the second close
fail issue).

Can you tell me what to do here?
Also, in the image you have provided, not a lot of utilities are working, like
yum install kvm says there is no package called "kvm". yum update says the path
provided in meego-updates.repo is incorrect (so I moved that file out of
yum.repos.d), yum install practically does not install anything that I need and
that I was able to install in earlier meego images. This is the main reason why
I tried building my own image in the first place. I could not install git, svn
or any other package of use to me, either.

Can we have a wiki that details some of these packages and package groups and
tell people where to find what, if they are building their own image, so we
don't have to wait up for the images to be posted?

Thanks,
Adhyas

Hi!

The repos have been updated with a preview of MeeGo 1.0 IVI
(http://repo.meego.com/MeeGo/builds/0.9/0.9.80.2.20100512.1/ivi/images/meego-
preview-ivi-noemgd-ia32/) that contains a Xfce desktop and can be run in a VM.

Here goes a small video of the preview -> http://www.vimeo.com/11779730

Best Regards,

Fernando Jiménez
