Alt-Tab is better than nothing but still cumbersome with a lot of apps open and the advertised ctrl-alt-left|right arrow movement does not work for me. Also, depending on focus, alt-tab sometimes moves within an app, for instance evolution. As for the Zones view, dragging an app over to the RHS "Add zone" area temporarily creates a new zone but it's not persistent, or I have not yet discovered how to make it so. It's also disconcerting when the current app becomes the first item in the alt-tab popup, ie; the order of apps in alt-tab is not consistant. Also, there is no way (again, that I have yet found) to reliably maximise opened apps. The terminal and chromium can be made full screen with F11 but then alt-tab does not work so again it's extra work to hit F11 and then alt-tab to get to another app. Weird. I'd like to start addressing some of these issues but I am unsure of whether the current clutter/gnome-like tools, which I am completely unfamiliar with, will remain the defacto Meego interface or will Qt (ideally with Quick) become the Meego foundation. Can anyone comment on the future of Qt (and Quick) with Meego? --markc _______________________________________________ MeeGo-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.meego.com/listinfo/meego-dev
