Hello Dome,

A quick answer would be that you can not modify and redistribute without
getting a permission to use the MeeGo mark from the Linux Foundation (owner
of the MeeGo trademark). To get permission you need to go through the
compliance process to ensure that none of the modifications you introduced
break API or ABI compatibility and that you are respecting the Linux
Foundation trademark policy and guidelines.

Therefore, a best and quick approach would be to make your
updates/modifications available for people to look at it and possibly use it
if they want to.
The advice is to drive any updates to the appropriate upstream projects.

Thank you,
Ibrahim
