Looking from outside, this looks like a major problem. There has been no reply to a repeated time-critical question on a major component of the platform since Arjen's mail (which didn't address the version of X) 2 weeks ago. A significant piece of functionality is missing from current versions packaged in MeeGo, a maintainer of a module is asking for architect input, and none has been forthcoming in spite of 3 different emails. Is there going to be any transparency and accountability in the choice of upstream components and their versions for MeeGo? I'd really like to see someone replying "No, we're not taking that, because...", or "We could take that, if..." - the radio silence is killing me here.
