Uxlaunch is the component I maintain for handling autostart, and I've
attempted to get as close as possible to the spec you list above.
If you have specific concerns about uxlaunch not honoring parts of the
standard, go ahead and file a bugzilla against uxlaunch and we can work
to resolve the issue.
