I agreed this very much as well. Actually We are in a process of defining 
ownership for all packages in MeeGo. It's started already.

I didn't decide to removed it. I just raised the request and ask for comments 
if any vertical or any apps would like use it. Definitely we need a process for 
this. Before that, sending a mail to meego-packaging is not bad.
