with all this talk about stamps on cams,
I took a look at the stack in the shed
What are the cams with no marks??or stamps on the end of them??

hahaha yeah I think I will definately go with the full L18
The wrecker I bought the cam from said I could have the head for an
extra $10, but I said no at the time and told him I'd call back in a few
days if
I wanted it. I rang back today and asked him if I could still have the
head for $10 and he said "Nah sorry mate you missunderstood me, what I
said was $50 for the cam, and since the engine is no good to me without
the cam you may aswell take the rest of it for an 3 extra $10". I
thought
he meant the head etc, but he meant the whole engine hehe so I scored a
running L18 with "A" stamped cam for $60
