I was told by an engineer today that the turbo law has been revised and
engine capacity is not affected by forced induction
meaning if the biggest engine you can put in a car is a 2.0 then you can
also put in a 2.0 turbo
or if you're only allowed a 1.8 you can put a 1.8 n/a or turbo
etc etc
anyone know what the go with this is?
