I've just brought a pair of 240k struts which came with two covers (metal
dished shaped plates, with a lip on the edge) I was told i need to fit
those so i've sent them to the chromers, but they wan't to know which way
the go around i would assume they sit with the dished part dished up. But
then i got thinking do they fit under the body of the car straight on top
of the strut top or do they go on the outside of the body, if so do they
fit into a 1600 (i've already ground down the ridge on the body around
where the stut goes prier to painting the car) cause i need to know by
tonight so they can get done before the weekend
