Wardy,
Good news, that the 3/4" cylinder is much better, imagine how bad a 7/8" cylinder is with your brake combo - and I've seen plenty of them about. There will be a rush on 3/4" cylinder now?

ps Is my OBV still behaving itself, not leaking etc.

Subject: crappy brakes

Well, there was a discussion some weeks ago about the 'half boosted' feel some of us were experiencing on our '1600's when upgrading the brakes.  I had the same sloppy feel.  (180B booster, 13/16" m/c, 200B fronts, stock rears.).  Well I'm pleased to say Terry was once again right, use a 3/4" m/c.  I just swapped the two over (Thanks for that Terry !) and the pedal feel is unreal.  Boosted smoothly all the way down, I didn't know what I was missing.  And to think I put up with it for a year.  Thought you guys might like to know.
