g`day,
tap the bolt with a hammer firmly a few times, not realhard but hard and
then put a strongbar(not ratchet) on the socket and hit it really
firmly(anticlockwise) with a hammer, it should only take a few hits, but
take the slack out of the chain and reposition socket b4 each hit. if you
have the sparkplugs still in you shouldnt need to hold anything else, the
compression will do it for you.
you can use a large screwdriver inserted handle first in the chain to hold
it there while the head is off, put this(or specially fabricated tool) in b4
removing the cam gear but after loosening it.
thats how i do it!
