Agreed, and I think the Datto would give a VT about double that weight difference
( <1000kg vs 1650kg+ ).
The downside to huge vented brakes is the unsprung weight attached to the wheels
and problems getting them up to temperature when you're not going for it.
But, it looks a lot better than having 17" wheels with the stock  rotors and
drums peeking through !
