Simon,
The 200B Girlock brakes work very well in a 510, as you have a
Z18ET maybe they were already fitted when you bought the car so
you are starting from an upgrade that is considered as a minimum
for a turbo engine. The R31 Skyline/Pintara is a good rear disc
conversion that will compliment the 200B front brakes. I recommend
the 180B dual Tokico or Nabco 3/4" master cylinder with 180B
bendix booster and optionally the proportioning valve as well.
i do not recommend the PBR Australian m/cylinder from the 180B or
200B or the use of any other size m/cylinder on a 1600 for a good
performing setup with a nice secure feel to it.
