I am assuming you have not tried this tool, it is shaped like a pair of 
scissors you place one end between the front and back of the taper and then 
tighten a bolt on the other end, this gently applies pressure to the joint. 
If it still wont move, try this, with tool done up tight gently hit it with 
a hammer its always gets me out of trouble good luck.
