Davo,
Have a look at the DBA catalogue if you haven't already as there are a few
Hilux models that do appear to be suitable ie LN61 and YN63 which are early
ventilated disc models with a weird hub height ala very large ~60mm+. Toyota
then reverted back to a smaller hub (49mm) for the RN 105, LN 106, YN 106
etc which at an educated guess is going to be a good ventilated type
calliper. If your going to solid 200B discs the RN45 is the calliper your
after from what I've learnt about this conversion. The Series 1 Stanza hubs
are very small ~33mm which also I'd be surprised if they're suitable for
this conversion. If you use Stanza hubs you'll need the hubs from the Series
2 (square headlights) which are the same as some 200B hubs (43.6mm). If
you're not sure what the measurements mean connect to http:/dba.com.au as
it's all explained there.
Oh and to answer you're question re the bolt spacing on the Toy callipers:
3.5" or 88.9mm so you're in business with the correct combo of bits. Let us
know if you use a vented disc with this as I'm sure it will be of interest
for the 200B strut 510 crowd (:-

Terry
