Geordie, Correct!
I forgot. We carried a heap of fuel (100
litres for 250 mile divisions), two spares tyres on rims, a big tool box, axe
and shovel, a heavy tirfor and cable in the boot, and plenty on the rear floor
as well.

weight in the rear end too!! You fill your boot with concrete it's gunna sit
on the road a lot harder!!
a VR is a lot more airodynamic (wrong
spelling I know...) than a 30 year old datsun though

i had my VR at 190k and it didn't wiggle its
arse at all(4 people in the car and a full boot)

Any car without
a rear spoiler will wiggle it's ass at +140km/h. It's also got something
to do with air flow and traction..
I disagree, My rally car after about 140-150 gets a bit tale
happy a bit. I mean after that speed the rear sways from side to
side. This is a common problem cos every 1600, 180B rally car
that I know of does the same thing, The only way to fix this is
to modify the rear X-member. The reason it does this is cos at
high speed the rear wheels get pulled out (Toe-out). So you modify the
X member so the rears have toe-in and when the car is at speed they
get pulled straight. I have done this mod to my car, and now the
only reason my car gets tall happy is cos my right foot makes it so!!
HE HE hE. If you are not happy with youself doing this mod, Ring
Nisco and ask Chris, It's about $100, And its worth every
peny.
