At 80 amp you're into specialist territory ($$$) Most EFI donors only have
60 amp alternators. May I ask what do you need an 80 amp for? Big
alternators and there uses are an urban myth usually spread around by auto
electricians who are a after your money.
A 60 amp will supply most rally quality lighting (400 watts) and 12 amps for
ignition and accessories on a NA car on about 70-75% duty cycle.
