Thomas,

Yes I have one in my 1600. I believe there are two types mine is from an
auto. It has the top hose on the passenger side and the bottom hose on the
drivers side. Don't buy the twin thermo fan setup as I did and waste $50 as
they don't fit with an L series. I run a Fiat X19? fan that is mounted in
front. Its real small but blows a lot of air. Finding hoses is the worst
part. The datsun has large fittings on the motor and the rad has small ones.
What i did was keep the original N13 rad hoses and cut them of flush on the
rad pipes. I then grabbed a 72 corona?? hose for the top, cut it in two and
used a piece of pipe between. For the bottom I used one of those flexable
universal jobs. I think I used some bycicle tube on the bottom engine hose
as it seamed loose. The rest is easy, drill two big holes for the bottom
rubber bits to mount in and make up some top mounts.

Regards
Trev

Subject: radiator advive needed

Anyone on the list put a radiator from an N13 pulsar in a datsun 1600? I
need to know if this radiator will fit in my 1600 before I go out and pick
one up from a wrecker. Are they about the right size, do they fit easily?
Thomas.
