Simon,
I was doing the same job this weekend. Changing 74' 240K struts to 200B
struts (don't know the year) and adding bumpsteer spacers. I have datrally
lower control arm which are wound out for -ve camber. To make it all fit I
had to file the bump spacer a bit to clear the disk (lower outside bit).
Also had to take a little off the edge of the ball joint to clear the disk.
I have no problems with the control arm hitting the disk probably due to
clearance from the neg camber. If it did fowl then I would file back the lip
on the edge of the control arm to get clearance.
FYI
1. I had other problems when I tried to fit the 240K twin spot simitomo
calipers. Basically the offset on the 200B disk was different. Fixed by
swappng the disks to the 240K items.
2. I have gone and lost the O ring clips that hold the piston dust covers to
the calipers.
3. The lowered king springs are uncaptive. So the springs need to be lock
wired in for when I pick a wheel up when going around a corner.
4. Because they are lowered and I have neg camber from the lower control arm
the front tyres rub on the fibre glass guards. So now I need flared guards.
Bugger.

Not 100% sure but i think they are standard, not sure

240k

200b solid 245mm

just the edge of the control arm, the disc is now coming down and into the
control arm and grinding that away istead of the disc like before. Cause its
the edge of the disc coming into it.
>What happens when you jack the body up and the arms droop?
To the arms?? They drop further and there is alot more clearance but
not much clearance when on wheels. Controlarms are now only a couple of
degrees down from horizontal but the spacers have deffinetaly helped.
