Simon,
How thick are the spacers!
It may help if 240K hubs are used with 240K discs rather than the 200B
hubs?/Discs combo as this has less offset than the 240K combo! I have never
had a clearance problem with the 240 K hub disc combo, but Ill wait for
your reply!

just the edge of the control arm, the disc is now coming down and into the 
control arm and grinding that away istead of the disc like before. Cause
its 
the edge of the disc coming into it.

To the arms?? They drop further and there is alot more clearance but
not much clearance when on wheels. Controlarms are now only a couple of 
degrees down from horizontal but the spacers have deffinetaly helped.
