Welcome to my world.  I got dicked $60 or $70 for not having changed my address
after a licence check in the sticks on a way to a party...  I was an idiot cause i
should have lied and said i still lived with my parents..  last time i tell the
truth to cops...

As Zac says.. they are there to make money.. or clock up their infringment rate..
