Hey everyone,

I was considering replacing the old points dizzy on my L20B with a series II
Bluebird electronic one. I guess the obvious advantages is not having to
replace the points at every service. However someone informed me that the
orignal points dizzy produced more power (spark?) and was often used on race
cars as opposed to an electronic one.

Can any one confirm or disprove this statement? And what are the advantages
and disadvantages (if any) of the elctronic over the points dizzy?

Much Thanks,

James Cox
