my z20(urvan) will only run for a few days before plug fouling kills the
number 4 plug. Admitedly shes probably burning a fair bit of oil in that
cyl, but the lrp sems to multiply the problem.
I wont run unleaded as its got no power and pinks at the first sign of a
speed hump so i mix it 50:50 and can go several months before having to pull
the no 4 plug and chip off all the black crap.
In wa we can no longer get any leaded petrol, i asume you guys still have a
choice?
That LRP is nothing but trouble, my mum was putting it in her car ('80
C0r0na) and was wondering why the car was running so bad, there was no
pickup, no power just simply no guts. I told her not to fillup at Shell
or Woolworths and so the next day she just got BP and it was back to
normal.
Same thing happened to my friend on the weekend, his '83 L@$er was
nearly stalling at idle and he had done the same thing, told him to put
some 'real' fuel in and it was all good.
Has anyone noticed that the spark plugs get crapped up a lot quicker
from this stuff?
